In this video, I show how to build an Enderman XP Farm in Minecraft 1.20! (Tutorial)
This Enderman Farm is very easy to build and super efficient. It will give lots of XP (Level 0 to 30 in 1 minute) and ender pearls!
The list of materials required to build this farm is easy to obtain and is shown at the beginning of the video.
This Farm works on Java edition in version 1.20 and below. I did not test it on the Bedrock edition.

Farms do not work in Bedrock or multiplayer due to how mob spawning works. But as far as I can tell, this is in fact the best enderman farm.
