Butterfly elytra texture
So, I made a butterfly wing texture. BUT, one issue. The wings sit funky, and I was wondering if there was some modeling wizard out there that could alter the way elytra open to mock a butterfly instead of a fly, if that is possible.

To edit it, you would either:
1 - wait for a new version of minecraft that supports entity model customization from resource packs
2 - get a mod
Sorry, there's no way to get it to sit differently without a mod right now
