Hello fellow PMC members! I am looking into starting a cool city build. I want to build Portland, Oregon. My goal is to have fun, chit chat, and learn from all different types of builders. I have an idea of how I want to run this. Everybody will have access to basic commands, and most World edit commands. Team leaders will have all World Edit commands and will be responsible for making sure their team does not abuse their powers while helping put in joint ideas on how you go about building. Each team leader will have 3-5 builders under them.
