Hardly. I don't pay anyone from my team within the first 90 days as it's to see if there is any dedication. This is a volunteer position at first, with VIP status etc on the servers, and there is an opportunity based off metrics if i will pay or not, as i'm not going to pay for someone to just spam everywhere and say "Hey i am owed 100 USD".
I am not some 10 year old running a free server. I run a business, including virtual properties which my staff do get paid. Sorry if that is difficult to understand for a new user.
