Slobodan's skin wasn't that adventurous with the colours.
WTFshady had much more detail and didn't rush.
So I have to go for WTFshady.

Well it was a bit rushed (didn't have much time to finish it) but thank anyway
I've helped Slobodan with making skins for a bit now, but I think Slobo's was much more plain, and the front of the face was the only bit that wasn't just a flat shaded color.
Shady's had much more design.

Slobodan has used more of the palette but WTFShady has just used it better over all. So that's were my vote will go --with the latter.
