HD Skinning?

Up until this point I've always used PMCSkin3D to make my skins, but it appears that you can't make higher resolution skins with that program. Is there an app/program/website where you can make HD skins and have the grid appear on the 3D model?

You can use mcSkin3D to do HD skins. With a higher resolution, it does make the mouse of centered, but this is fine in some earlier versions of the editor.
You can use Nova skin resourcepack creator to create the skin in highter resoulition: minecraft.novaskin.me/resourcepacks
