I would like a skin to be edited (I made this skin)
I would like the sleeves on the right and left arms to be in 3D layer mode.

do you want 3d detail to be added, or do you want the sleeves to be removable?

using the clone stamp tool in pmcskin3d is probably the easiest and fastest way
