So guys, I was wondering if anyone know when the best time to release a build is.
Like when im just starting and post it and documenting it the whole way, or
when its done and the cinematic is made and then i put it up.
The build in question (out of about 5 half finished projects i have) is a 75 block long three-masted war galley.
The whole ship is done, but I dont know if i should add more ships/structures, or if i should release it as a standalone.

If you're striving for more of a European audience, go for between 9-11AM EST on Fridays.
For an American audience, go for between 5-7 PM EST on Fridays.

Choose evening, most people are online at 18.00+
In this way your build will get viewed the whole night, and you will get more viewers. Make sure that you release is not at the time of school in america, many users live there.
I hope this helped ya!

I think you should have waited until the entire project is done.
Because it is natural for a human to be attracted to pictures rather than words and progress. The bigger the better -_-.

i see. thanks
Id like to say that a lot of users, (unless they are subscribed to you) will probably see your project once and then move on and the most you'll get out of these types of player browsers is a hit. so it kind of depends on what your going for. say, views or downloads.
If it doesn't matter to you and you just wanna get your project out their for people to view then the best thing you can do is execute the presentation properly from the beginning. An incomplete project is usually over looked or ignored the second a user doesn't see a download for it. If the project is presented well. you may attract some more subscribers. people who find something interesting enough will want to see your other projects as well and if they find something else you made that they like that perhaps maybe up for download... they may hang around long enough to see you latest projects complete so that they may download them as well in the future.

But a lot of that only applies to skinning
I explain the best time to post in my "How to Get Popular on PMC" Blog.
