What is the CONIDAE organization?
The CONIDAE Organization is a group of powerful individuals who train to fight evil for the greater good. In order to let their workers live normal lives outside of fighting, they wear masks and keep their identities safe with code names.
How do they get their powers? The Organization is currently keeping that information confidential. Y'know what? Let me leak it for ya.
It's said that the employees gain powers from past traumas. Their powers are the way that they can escape their problems. A fresh start, a greater self.
... but there is also those who used to work for the organization. A rebellion. Those who snuck out in order to stop CONIDAE from existing.
so basically it's just a group of people you can make an oc for so you can practice storytelling

How do I join the CONIDAE organization?
Make yourself or a character that fits the Organization. Here are some skin bases and a reference for your character.
IMPORTANT BITS:
- you don't have to make a skin, but if you are making a blog/skin submission, please use the CONIDAE tag and ping me in the desc/comments.
- all ages and species are allowed, but everyone starts out human. Your power can be to change into an animal
- the cloak stays the same length no matter your height. about 2 1/2 feet, I'd say
- change up the outfit all you want, you don't need my permission
- give your character a name, codename, power, weapon, and gem color.

Question the thing says we can change the outfit all we want but it seems like there should be limitations, are there limitations? If so what are they?
really I want CONIDAE to give people unlimited access to character design, but I guess drastic changes to the outfit that make it look like a whole new outfit aren't allowed
Can you elaborate a bit more?
All characters start out with the same unchanged outfit, and they can change it with materials they or others have. So if the cloak looks like a sweater, it's too much. If the cloak is ripped and is turned into a cape, it still counts.
