Well you can, but not by the prefrence of player, POP, its the players style that they like, and there will always be something they dont like.

I've always been interested in how to do this.. maybe you could teach me?
Basically, just add sharp hair lines, maybe a flare to the eyes, you cant really teach art,
You can teach art, how do you think people learn it?
What art app did you use? because I wanna start up on art too, its always been a hobby
Maybe we could be partners in art?
umm sure I actually just used a regular paint app on my computer, the results is this

It's alright, but you shouldn't use the line tool so much because it makes sharp points that don't look natural.
Yeah i know, i start off with a basic app for Mac called Paintbrush, but i got the full adobe suite to start working with.
