So, Bedrock opinion is an underrated version as it gives modders easy access to configure their server without the need of players not accepting the texture pack.

But its also the worst version because greedy microsoft uses updates to get more money out of the players

So, What do you think of bedrock edition

Good or bad?

Java is better because it has many free stuff, such as texture packs, data packs, maps and free skins.

In deference to the way the OP asks the question,
this is an attempt at an even handed analysis.

First the good:
If you (or the player for whom you're buying) for plays on something other than an actual computer, BR may be required to run at all.
If <ditto> wishes to play with persons handicapped in that fashion (particularly if the group has a diverse set of platforms), ditto

If <ditto>, wants a [somewhat] curated/filtered/censored selection of after market additions / enhancements, the BR 'marketplace' keeps out at least a fraction of the more 'out-there' offerings available in the wild wild west of java textures/skiins/packs/mods/maps.
[The degree to which this actually works, and whether it's worth the price (actual $ & less selection) are debatable.]

If you started on BR (or one of its platform predecessors), you don't have to learn the java version of the game.
[More relevant the more technical one's play becomes.]

The bad:
Any [all] of the above restated. i.e.
If you're using something other than an actual computer, resources may well be limiting.
Ensuring connectivity to various platforms forces a 'least common denominator' issue.

MS/Mj running the 'marketplace' means it costs actual money ($. not just time and electricity) to get 'things' beyond the base 'out-of-box' game.
The curation also limits one to approved material only.

If you started with java, you don't have to learn BR
[Again, more of an issue for more technical players.]

Additionally, because java is the original, many/most of the most experienced players / content creators play java. Combined with the more open situation for aftermarket additions, many/most of the most interesting material being produced is java based. [This is especially true if one's playstyle tends towards RS.]
