Probably the jungle mainly because I find the only good recourses there are mellons and beans. Why harvest from there if you could just go to a plain and get cooked pork? Temples are sub par to deserts in loot and danger. The only people that would even remotely struggle with one is someone who is new. Deserts and snow boimes at least have food and villages. Jungle lacks all that. The rest of the bonuses only seem to be anchored to creative and I don’t play creative that much.

I would not delete the taiga, jungle or snowy tundra, because those are my favorite overworld biomes. I would probably delete the roofed forest or desert because those are my least favorite biomes. I would probably delete the roofed forest though.
