I have a world I have been working on for years. How can I upload it for others to enjoy?

You can try looking at the bottom of https://www.planetminecraft.com/projects/ and/or in the mapping section https://www.planetminecraft.com/forums/communities/mapping/ for more specific help.
Given the likely size of a years old map, you would probably need to upload it to an offsite file storage service (mediafire seems popular q.v. https://www.mediafire.com/ )
