Adds witch raids to minecraft

Getting started
Witch raids are very similar to regular raids. You find an elder witch (similar to pillager patrol leader) and then kill her. She will drop the Bewitched Banner, and you the player will recieve the witch curse.
The witch curse
As of now, there is no way to get rid of the curse without using commands (/tag @s remove witch_curse). Be aware that iron golems might try to kill you when you are cursed to protect their citizens.
The witch raid
Entering a village (being in 50 block range of a villager) while cursed will trigger the raid event. Witches will come flying on phantoms, one random villager will get struck by lightning, total chaos will emerge. Using a ranged weapon is very recommended. Milk and healing items might prove useful too.
Victory
After defeating the one wave of witches, all players near the village will recieve the hero of the village effect. The villagers also celebrate with fireworks.

- You can change the Elder Witch's spawn chance with this command: "/scoreboard players set elderSpawnRate otherScoresWI (value)" (the lower the value the higher the chance)

I recommend using "ERROR 422's Magic Spells" while playing this pack. It will greatly improve you experience.

I adjusted the summoning rate of the elder witch but it's still hard to find her and i had to use the command to have a witch raidbut this datapack is cool!!
