Made a datapack for the Youtuber Skunkmunkee that focuses on the aspect of Twerking... in order to grow trees.

Thats it, that's what this whole datapack is about...




And a gif showcasing this a bit more

  • Literally the only feature is: The ability to grow all types of trees just by the power of twerking. For some reason I took a ton of time and made a lot of code for something so simple.

Note this datapack requires you to look at all the saplings that you want to twerk to grow. This is due to Minecraft's limitations or my bad coding.



Installation of the Datapack:

  • Unzip the datapack file


  • Go to your world's datapack folder in .minecraft\saves\ur_save and place the datapack file in side


  • Reload the world by either exiting and rejoing or by typing "/reload" into chat

Hello just wanna say that this datapack is very useful for grinding for building material in survival but I did notice something and I'm unsure if this is a feature or a bug, when growing trees the sapling will randomly turn into a redstone block and the sound it makes and the particles will go crazy until the block is mined and a new sapling planted, could the pack author or anyone who understands what this may be please explain?

The redstone block is there to enable the structure block that places the tree down. Iirc (haven't checked code in like a year) the particles play when the redstone block is there and disappears as the block gets replaced by the tree structure

Are you using any additional datapacks/structures/mods/plugins that may conflict with my pack?
Does the issue happen in a specific world or does it occur in any?

I only use a few datapacks, Treecapitator, New in Town, Fast Leaf Decay and Veinminer, otherwise it could be because unlike the others I installed this pack after I had played for a while

I know this is a late reply but it seems that the issue may have been due to mid play install since I started a new world with all the same packs including this one and the redstone block issue hasn't happened since
