When the tulips were added, minecraft had no white dye. So, instead of being crafted into bonemeal, mojang decided to make them craft into light gray dye. Now, we have white dye, so I decieded to fix the inconsistancy that I saw.

When inserting a White Tulip in a crafting table, this pack with make it yield a white dye (instead of light gray dye, like vanilla).
