For some reason, jungle saplings have only a 2.5% chance of dropping from jungle leaves, while every other leaf block has a 5% chance to drop their saplings. I updated that!
(Note: Please let me know if you think it's not working. It should work, but I had a lot of difficulties with no real clear reason why, so I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't 100% reliable. At the very least, fortune III makes the saplings drop more often even in vanilla, so there's that.)

Jungle leaves weren't dropping any loot at all so I went and copied the existing loot data from another leaf and compared it to the last file, and the only thing that's changed was " "condition": "minecraft:alternative" " changed to " "condition": "minecraft:any_of" " and now it works, so. There we go.
