Ever wanted to start a Hardcore world, but were too scared to lose all your progress? Well now you can still play Hardcore, but with more lives!
MidCore is a data pack that still gives all the challenges of hardcore, but with a few more lives. In MidCore, every time you die you lose a life. Once you lose all your lives, poof! You go into spectator mode and aren't able to interact with the world, but you can still view the world and look at all the progress you made.
Installation:
1. Download the MidCore Datapack from the link below.
2. Unzip the file and place it in an easy-to-find location on your device.
3. Locate the world that you want the data pack in and place the unzipped folder in the world. (Must be when creating a new world.)
4.The data pack should then be loaded.
5. Have fun! (works with survival, creative, adventure, and works in easy, normal, and hard.)
This data pack should theoretically work for both Bedrock 1.19.3 and Java 1.19.3
If the pack has enough popularity, I might add the function to get regainable hearts (craftable and from kills). I'll also maybe update it per version if needed. (Would recommend using CoolDash's Advancement Datapack with this pack for more achievements and a harder challenge.)

There is a way to continue the world, but that's only if you have cheats enabled -_-
If cheats are enabled, "/trigger restart" and then "/reload"
