I didn't make a lot of modifications because i want it to work with more Datapacks.
I created this Datapack because in Terraria happens something similar, the enemys gets more dificult in multiplayer.

[Health]+ ~> More Heath to all Mobs
[Spiders]+ ~> Spiders and Cave Spiders faster
[Ocean]+ ~> Drowned and Guardians faster
[Creeper]+ ~> Creepers faster and gives absortion
[Slimes]+ ~> Slimes and Magma Cube with more knockback
[Strenght]+ ~> Stronger Mobs
[Spiders]+ ~> Spiders and Cave Spiders faster
[Ocean]+ ~> Drowned and Guardians faster

Paper makes a lot of datapack not work because it mess with the code to have more optimization.
I don't use paper so I can't confirm it but is most probably that it wont work.
