In the True Survival data pack if I were to shoot a ghost-like mob e.g a phantom or a ghost with a spectral arrow it would die in one hit, but if I'm using the Manic datapack which adds phantom like mobs, they won't be one shot, so I fixed that making some of the phantom-like mobs die in one-hit to spectral arrows.

It was removed due to being overpowered, so I would recommend disabling it for the mobs like the Necromorph, the Sorrowhead etc.. however there is an unused sound event "manic.entity.spectre.screech" if I remember correctly that is intended to be played if Manic's mobs are killed by a spectral arrow
Incase you're wondering why it was removed - spectral arrows are easier to get than regular arrows due to piglin bartering
I appreciate the feedback and will improve this datapack with these suggestions
