It's just an add-on for Stoo's Subtle Survival Improvements.
Stoo's Subtle Survival Improvements - v1.10d - Combat, Adventure, Exploration, Quality of Life Minecraft Data Pack (planetminecraft.com)
Changes:
- New dodging mechanic which moves you two blocks in any random direction (except up or diagonally). To dodge, crouch then jump. It has a cooldown of a minute and it doesn't always work.
- Shields make you slower.
- If you crouch while holding a shield it will block all damage indefinitely (except for magic) at the cost of taking a lot of durability. If you don't crouch and you shield then the shield will be normal but if you block 7 or more damage with the shield it will take a little more durability than usual and also you will get slowness, mining fatigue, and weakness.
- Shields make you slower. Different shield banner patterns do different things. Shields with creeper charges will absorb more knockback, shields with snout banner patterns will let you move at a normal speed (snout must be the first pattern you put on the shield for it to work), and mojang banner patterns (you need to put two gradients and then a mojang banner pattern for it to work) will let you move at a normal speed. A shield with ANY banner attached to it will absorb more knockback and decrease any damage you take only by a little bit.
- Hoes are insanely fast and do upwards knockback.
- If you wear an elytra and crit an entity with a shovel you will be yeeted upwards.
- Shovels do a lot of elytra damage.
- Pickaxes do damage to chestplates and elytras (not as much as shovels do to elytras).
- Armor makes you slower. Tier list (of armor speeds, best to worst) is as follows: chainmail, leather, gold, iron, diamond, netherite.
- Tridents do more damage now.
- Pickaxes do more damage now.
- Hoes do more damage now.
- Axes and swords are unchanged.
- Amethyst charm (which can be gotten from completing certain advancements) can bring you to full health on a right click.
- New regeneration system. You regenerate half a heart of health every minute or so and golden carrots will heal 1 and a half hearts whenever you eat them. No matter what.
