Do you find vanilla survival too easy? Are mobs far too easy to kill, simply dying in three hits to your sword? Do you want to go through a much more difficult version of survival, with unique buffs for most mobs? Well, look no further than Infernal Survival!
Infernal Survival buffs almost all mobs (excepting mobs that are already too strong for their tier) with increased stats and special abilities. Common night mobs instead spawn in hordes and often carry weapons. Blazes can knock players back and damage them in similar fashion to the Hovering Inferno. Some melee mobs including vindicators and piglin brutes can perform powerful leap attacks. There are unique changes for almost every mob!
Infernal Survival also completely reworks both vanilla bosses, ported from my old pack, Undermagic. The Wither remains stationary, making it no longer a damage race, and can fire beams and necrotic clouds at low health; meanwhile, the Ender Dragon can fire crystal breath that respawns its crystals. In addition, while not a full boss, Elder Guardians can release a devastating water burst on nearby assailants; bring a trident!
