This datapack will only work correctly if you only change the below settings.
Head over to your server, and go to "config/paper-world-defaults.yml" or "purpur.yml" file.
Find this "allow-non-player-entities-on-scoreboards" and set that to true.

[Snow Biomes]
* Snow layer gets higher during the snow.
* Snow increases faster during the thunder.
* Snow melts with this datapack. (from 0 to 128) (during the clear weather and if light is higher than 11)
* Farmland converts into a dirt during the snow, if it contacts with snow.
* Lava cools down during snow.
* Player/Mob take freezing damage during the snowstorm. You won't take damage in areas which light is higher than 11 or if you wear leather chestplate.
[Desert Biomes]
* Sandstorm. (Rain)
* Strong Sandstorm + Sand Tornado. (Thunder)
[Jungle & Swamp Biomes]
* Clear and At Morning: Mist
* Flood (Rain)
* Massive Flood (Thunder)
[Savanna & Badlands Biomes]
* Fire (On shovel and hoe mineable blocks) (Rain, Daytime only)
* Massive Fire (On shovel and hoe mineable blocks) (Thunder, Daytime only)
[Copper Oxidation]
* Copper blocks oxidize faster during the rain.
[Fireflies]
* Fireflies spawn almost in all biomes. [If weather is clear and from 60 to 100 height]
* Fireflies are more common in swamp biomes.
* Fireflies won't spawn in ocean, nether, end, mushroom fields biomes.
[Campfires]
* Campfire is extinguished when it rains.
* Soul Campfire is extinguished twice much rarer than regular campfire when it rains.
[Better Rain and Snow]
* Rain: reduced rain particles, more transparent and whitish color [Image]
* Snow: more transparent
[Uninstall]

How can I disable the snow groth?
It's a vanilla gamerule, that controles that. To solve the issue you need to run the following gamerule:
/gamerule snowAccumulationHeigh 1
/execute as @e[type=marker,tag=mcs_swamp_water] at @s run execute if block ~ ~ ~ water at @s run setblock ~ ~ ~ air replace
kill @e[type=marker,tag=mcs_weather_marker]
will this work on 1.19? ty~
(btw Im looking forward to seeing the interaction btwn this pack & the realistic fire spread mod on the badlands brush fires)
