Honestly, I'm getting kind of sick of "patching" all the stuff I dislike. How about removing them instead?

With this beautiful™ pack, I've made it so that end cities will no longer generate with elytras! Simple as that: elytras are creative-exclusive now. Got sick of having them exist in my SMPs, so now they... don't. You'll have to manually clear them from player inventories, though, and I can't do anything about ships that already generated. Sorry guys, don't feel like overcomplicating this one!
