Making a Spawner/Ingredients List
The first step to making a spawner is to get SOULS
to get souls, you will need a Soul dagger. [Recipe in the media]
Hovering your mouse over the "Soul" should show you every spawner with every recipe you need [in the media]
Example : 64 Rotten Flesh + Spawner + 64 Souls = Zombie Spawner
also, the the recipe shows the items you need to
drop onto the ground to get the spawner
And most importantly, you need to power the spawner with a redstone block. Doesn't matter where you place it, it HAS to be a redstone block and connected to the spawner

Using the Soul dagger
Just kill mobs with the Soul Dagger and you will get Souls

You can get this by crushing 6 iron bars in a piston

Compatibility
The Resourcepack should be compatible with basically every other resourcepack, since the model data values of items are "66881" , "66882" and so on.
The Datapack should also be safe to be used with other datapacks.
