This datapack gives you a random effect every 10 seconds (jump boost, health regeneration etc), and YES, that counts negative effects aswell.
I assume you know how to install datapacks, and I will not be the one to teach you how. Though, when ingame, you will have to turn cheats on and enter /reload. If the bar is empty, enter /reload again and it should work.
If there are any mistakes or improvements I can do, please let me know. I am open to any criticism! This is my first datapack and I made it in like 2 hours, so please cut me some slack.
