Please note
Beehives on the trees will unfortunately spawn empty, and I cannot fix this
Like many, I was a little bummed out when Mojang announced that the updated birch forests weren't actually planned for 1.19 and that they were merely concept art. But thankfully Mojang do provide tools to modify world generation, so I've had a shot at making these forests myself!
I've tried to make the trees taller and have branches sticking out, make logs lie on the ground like fallen trees and make the ground livelier with more flowers and more varying blocks. I've also increased the saturation on the color of foliage and water.
Here are some screenshots (taken with Chocapic Shaders)

and then, it's strange to play with friends with this data package when azalea seedlings fall out of the birch.. it's stupid (
and so the datapack would be perfect..
please pay attention!
Osea que en lugar de generar un panal con abejas quizá funcione si generas ambas cosas por separado pero en el mismo bioma
it might seem easy to just... add bees?
but no, minecrafts worldgen is very complicated and i dont think i even understand half of it
the method i used to place the beehive in the first place is that it just places an empty one, and you cannot choose to put bees inside of it
there was another method i thought would work but instead it just crashes the game for some reason
I am Trying to see if I can fix the problem, or at least figure out why the game crashes
EDIT: Nevermind I just found it, I wasn't searching correctly
"decorators": [
{
"type": "minecraft:beehive",
"probability": 0.002
}
]
It's a parameter that is used in the json's in the configured_feature folder and it's part of decorations (i don't know if this is useful for you, i don't understand well the world generation datapacks).
Also, wich was that "other method" you said?
