Remember that absolutely bizarre Amethyst Clock that I made a while back? Recently, I decided to shed the Amethyst nature of it, and instead focus on the Skulk Sensor!

This resulted in another bizarre redstone clock that I've decided to call the Splash Clock! If you're interested in the weird side of redstone, why don't you give this a look? :3c

Unusual, but interesting. (I'd not realizes a calibrated skulk sensor had a directional input…)
Taking the 3/4 second between pulses as both accurate and stable, I can't think of a use for it either… :(

The 15 gametick period seems to fall between chairs: too slow for dropper/dispenser driven devices and too fast for activating the 'harvest' action on farms.

Still, one of the advantages of knowledge is the zero 'bat-factor'; put it out there and a use will eventually be found for it…

Toward which end,
does this clock have an readstone activatable on/off switch?

(Using a block swapper to start/end the bubble column looks like it would work, but I am uncertain this can be done without triggering the sensor.)
Allowing, per argumentum, that it can… this could turn this into a 15 gametick period double pulse generator.
