Hey guys! NMC here, and today I'm telling you some tips on how to become a good leader!

1. Respond to them!
                - Responding to your members can improve your communication to them. It also improves your trust to each other
2. Be a good listener
          - Hear your members out! Know what is the problems in their heads. Help them to solve it.
3. Be honest and keep your promises.
                 - Being honest is the BEST WAY to gain trust with your members. So do not  make promises that you can keep it.

4. Never quit.
         - A leader shouldn't be a quitter. Leader is the most responsible position, and  the leader should be encouraging the member to work happily and never quit.
5. Be patient.

- Give your members some time to work on a project. You can't just shout at them just to make it faster.
6. Encourage!
        - Encouraging your members can get your group up! It's the best thing in the world. If your members is too lazy to work, encouraging them is the only way to make the work!
7. Give your self a purpose and a directions.
        - Ask yourself "Why do i really need to do this?". It gives your self a reason why you keep standing now.
8. Know what your Goal is.
       - Goal is the reason why you got in here. Come on? who would do this without a purpose and a goal?

I like KnightSabers, and Epic Max, have to defend my fellow blogging friend Vikki on this one. Yes, there are many other blogs about leadership, but this one, does just seem like a quick 5 minute attempt to scramble around and copy the ideas she brought up in her blog the other day. I too have some helpful tips for your blogging career:

1. Never steal someone's idea, especially not a couple of days after they have posted it! And at least add some of your own ideas to the pot, instead of rewording theirs!

2. Don't do the rainbow text thingy, it is annoying and unproffesional.

3.If you are going to make this short a blog, at least make the content more than exceptional, and don't fill it with xD's and lots of gaps.

4. Make it more fluid, instead of a literal list.

Sorry if this seems quite harsh, but this is the honest truth and the only way to get better is to listen to these tips, and to not plaugerise a fellow bloggers blog. The rest of PMC target the blogging section already, and so there is no need to give them a reason to!

There are many types of leadership, like authoritative leadership, servant leadership, decisive leadership, and I feel that your blog only covers a small range of that. Also, I feel that leadership is something you cannot train in a individual, you can train anyone to be a manager, but leaders are born, not made.

Okay. Let me give you a hand with something.
1. When writing a blog, never use sporadically colored text to write it. This is highly unprofessional and brings a whole new idea to the ballpark, changing how the reader thinks while he/she is reading.
2. Please, for the love of God, make your blogs longer than 1 paragraph. There is no effort to this at all when you put down 6 sentences and call it good.
3. Never use Internet slang to write your blogs. This includes lol, xD, #, or anything else that is not actual English.
4. Do not, ever, favorite your own blog. I've done it once, and I feel like an absolute washout doing so. Never favorite your own blog just to get it on the pop reel.
5. If you take yourself seriously, pay attention to these rules.

As a final note, notice how my comment was longer than your blog. This is not how your comments section should look. Ever. Write quality content, and put some effort into it, not only for the reader, but for yourself. This is not challenging your writing skills, to any extent, and it is certainly not challenging my reading skills.

And never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, steal a topic or blog layout from another blogger. This is the reason for the comment below my own.
