First off, please don't ask about the picture. I was looking up photoshopped animals (for research purposes, duh. dont tell my teacher).

Second of all, I have some tips for skinners lacking inspo or getting a bit bored of skinning.

1)
- Search up outfit references.

I've noticed that a lot of people are lacking inspiration for outfits. What I like to do when I'm lacking inspiration is go onto Google and search up some outfit references. Pinterest has some pretty good references too, so check there! DeviantArt as well. Links will be left to some pretty good outfit designs in the comments.

2)
- Try making a skin in the 2D view in the PMC editor.

This is something I personally enjoy doing, which is making skins in the 2d view of the PMC editor. So basically, you're making a skin through image link. It's fun to learn where all the parts of the body go on the image link and what direction they face on the skin. The image link technique also has an easier way to get agrip of overlay to me instead of the 3D view. With the 3D view, I have to turn off overlays all the time whereas with the 2D view it tells you where to put the overlay. You can also check on how the overlays looking on the 3d view so that's why I love using the 2D view so much.

3)
- Do little watermark doodles on the image link.
Doodles are a common thing for humans to do when they are bored, so why not do it on image links as watermarks? Watermarks are basically your logo to prevent skins being stolen, artists do it all the time to prevent 'art thieves' from stealing their work. I find it really fun to do a few doodles on the image link as I get bored pretty easily when skinning.

And that's pretty much it for tips! More will probably be added to this list. If you have any suggestions, leave them in the comments and who knows? I might add them in.

Yknow, the spaces that dont have any purpose for the skin? a common one is on the right side of the image link below the headwear.
