The end of Forestry in Tekkit. :(

i am absolutley appalled that tekkit has removed forestry. it was my favorite section of the mod pack. i actually am using and older technic setup in order to keep this awesome mod in with my minecraft.

What do you think did you like or dislike forestry? and in your opinion should the modder of forestry put it back in Tekki?

forestry was removed from tekkit because the forestry creator said no. dont be appalled at tekkit, be appalled at the mod maker. if you want.

wouldn't a way to go round the defensive code be a modder to find the defensive code and take it out, or is that illegal

wolfclaw notch really doesnt care about the cracked system anymore because of the pure irritation that came from having to hunt these theives down.. hell i dont blame him.

No the whole problem is the modders don't want their mods in Tekkit. Senguir already put protection on his mod. All 1.3.2 versions of the mods in tekkit will have that defensive code. Tekkit puts mods ileggaly without perrmisions using mirror download which dont give the modders money like (Ad link removed). But do not worry. The makers of ''Feed the beast", are working on a modpack that will be aproved by ALL the modders whos mods will be there. A good and leagal modpack would not come from a shitty Spout-based installer.

Don't reply without all the details Technic has permission from modders and also they have donations for the modders you are spending too much in minecraft forum the posts about tekkit being illegal were written by a bunch of kids ...

THANK U well i can tell u this i will get this modpack, one question, will the pack work for cracked minecraft? a friend of mine has the cracked version thanks to the new 1.3.2 lan setup i can play with him finally

I am not sure. Tought they dont support cracked accounts BUT as i know the modpack will be with semi-auto installation (They will give you the jar, mods, configs and stuff and you will put them in .minecraft folder yourself) so it should. And tell you friend to buy the game when he can.

I'm going to say this to help you, not to criticize you. Modders cannot just put their mods in Tekkit. They have to contact the makers of Tekkit and request that they put it in the game. If that was so Tekkit would have four hundred mods and half of them would be stupid obsidian tools or some stupid crap along that line.
