After playing minecraft for weeks, months, eventually years many have experienced a creative slump. Whether it's you dont know what to build in creative, or why bother with survival, The usual spawn, cut a tree, make a bench, make a pick axe (rinse repeat). Or wether its a server slump. Where you get sick of either the people, or the same meloncholly faction gamemode. Many of us cant find a way back to the begginning where we had to figure minecraft out one recipie at a time, and the countless trips to the minecraft wiki. Im not even going to get into the automated crafting in Xbox and Pocket Edition.

There is however, a cure that i have figured out over a few years of playing this game:
It is to quarentine yourself from minecraft, and anything related wether it be minecraft Youtube videos, or here, planet minecraft. and after this month you get a new feel for the game, you get re-energized and have great ideas you came up with over this period of time. eventually you will fall back into the pit and have to repeat. Although the second time its easier, and you wont have to get rid of it for more than a few weeks.

I hope you enjoyed this article. Please Diamond? (come on it doesnt take to much work)
And post your thoughts about this below!

I recommend finding new and creative ways to play the game. That always makes it more interesting. But I agree taking breaks everyone once in a while keeps you from getting too involved and eventually bored.

Trying out modpacks is something that keeps me interested into the game, since it gives me the feeling of re-exploring minecraft. I love the feeling where you don't know half of the stuff that's in the game because of all those mods. Playin Attack of the B-team was a very refreshing experience, and I'm planing to go on Agrarian skies from there.

I also get some inspiration from other projects on PMC, WoK, or his channel (kerlais), he has an inspirations series and it boosts me with eagerness to build. But yeah, taking a break and come back is always refreshing as well. ;) Usually I go play or search for a different game, got a kick out of it and then after a while return to MC, my deepest gaming love I've ever have :)

Have you ever tried to play some advanture maps or give a shot to an RPG server like wynncraft for a refresh. I sometimes like to do it even that way, especially if I've been playing a lot in survival or creative.

Last year, I stopped playing Minecraft for 2 months because my computer could not handle it. However, I started playing it again after I got a new computer. I do not know how I did it because I was in love with the game(not addicted though). I started playing the game again. Right now, I am booming with new ideas.
