I had another idea for the site! :3
Basically, when you went on the button saying "The team", you'd see the moderators' statistics under their names. I'm not a mod, but if I was, I'd find it pretty boring sometimes going round the forums or the site deleting bad stuff, or going through chat and telling people not to do things. So maybe it'd be more interesting if it were a kind of competition!
The site mods would have a few numbers below their names: submissions removed, forum posts removed and chat messages removed. The forum mods would have "forum posts removed" and "chat messages removed", and the chat mods would just have "chat messages removed".
Obviously these could be different things, such as "infractions given" or "forum posts locked" etc.

Of course, if a mod were to abuse their powers to get a higher number, they shouldn't be a mod D:<
