How can I fix this problem? My computer is a Mac running OS X version 10.8.4 by the way.
Here's the problem as it showed up in one of my files (start.command, to be exact).

2013-09-10 20:06:24 [WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Can't assign requested address
2013-09-10 20:06:24 [WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
