Hello, I have been experimenting with making HD character skins.
I have been making cartoon/chibi like characters and I haven't had much trouble with it.

I do have a few questions for people who may have more experience with it. I am using Adobe Photoshop CS4
and am using the 512x256 skin template (Which to my knowledge is the largest).
I just find that my lines aren't as small as some of the others I have seen and was wondering if I am using the wrong template or am I messing up a setting within Photoshop itself.

I am still a noob at this HD skin stuff :P so any tips would be great.

I have posted a picture to show the difference between HD character skins and my old character skins. Looks way better. I hope this Mod catches on.

Once I do get the hang out this I would like to start taking requests for HD skins

Since you have photoshop, you could always make the template larger. That sounds like what you want?

Try making it 1024x512?

Indeed but I don't know if the HD skin mod supports it that high. Maybe I should look into it.

Thanks ^^
