Most people who play and enjoy minecraft think of creepers and diamonds when they hear it mentioned. Others think of sucky game, no story play, and bad graphics. While I could easily make a post arguing the other two answers i chose to talk about people thinking the game has awful graphics.
Does Minecraft Have Bad Graphics?
Well does it? When i am asked the question my answer is imidiatly yes but after i look into it my opinion changes slightly.
The minecraft dis-likers:
My uncle is one of these people. When we played the X-Box version while my cousins where over he asked what we saw in this game and said the graphics were the best he'd seen if you were looking at it based on games that came out in the 1980's. While watching my brother play MLB2K12 he stated that if it was minecraft the batters bat would be a rectangle and the ball would be a cube the slowly lagged across the screen. Others would say that everything is too square and needs to be smoother before they ever play the game.
The minecraft lovers:
I am a minecraft "lover". When i am told the game had bad graphics i make my case clear. I tell them if they want better graphics then go get a dang texture pack. I think the minecraft graphics make the game what it is. Without pixels this game wouldn't work right. Many others agree with me and know that the graphics won't change. After pondering the question "does minecraft have bad graphics" my brain says that they could be better but if would completely change the game and possibly ruin it.
