The first mod I ever made, added a bunch of overpowered gems and a diamond biome. There was an upgraded sapphire sword that delt 999999999 damage, a mob with the same amount of health, and a bunch of other junk.
If they added that to minecraft, I would *starts thinking of something bad enough*

if furniture mods were added it would just ruin the whole feel of minecraft. Minecraft is meant to be a game where you use your imagination , not 'oh hey i'm building a bathroom , ill put a toilet there and a bath there.' Like seriously what would happen to using cauldrons as toilets and stairs as chairs. i completely agree with you on everything you said. Although i would like to see something happen to the oceans like a few varietys of fish and maybe abit of coral

I agree, but mojang already took some community ideas with the bats and the horses...i wish you made this blog a little bit earlier, and then if mojang read it :)

If the community had their way, then you would spawn in a pile of debris, and be attacked by flying pig heads and then you would have to fight them with your explosive computer

I agree with your statement. Mojang already works for hours on Minecraft's code. Plus, Minecraft is supposed to be based in medieval times (or that's what I think), with simple melee weapons such as swords, not automated missiles that can blow up and entire city! I've played Tekkit before, and I think it's ridiculous how many items are in there. There are tons of items that I don't even know how to use. They need to only add in items that go along with Minecraft's style (as you might call it), such as horses, they are exciting, but also fit into Minecraft.
