This tutorial explains how in install any Fabric Mod into the standard Minecraft Java Launcher in Windows.
Please Make sure if you dont have a 'mods' folder that when you create it, It needs to be all lowercase.

If you already have the fabric installer, Make sure to launch minecraft with the Fabric Version you installed, Next to the green play button you can find your versions, if you correctly installed Fabric Installer, It should be one of the ones listed there.
