Do you want to execute a pesky deserving player  ... with style?

If so, the Guillotine is the execution machine for you!!

• A Bunch of wooden blocks, about ~ 20 - 30 (if it works with other blocks, let me know!)
  
• 4 Sticky Pistons
  
• 10 Redstone torches
  
• 4 Slabs
  
• About ~ 8 - 15 Redstone
  
• 1 Lever
  
• 1 Staircase
  
• 1 Iron Block (Or Other Suffocating Non-Falling Block)
  
• 1 Unlucky Victim
  

• 1 Hopper
  
• About ~ 4 - 64 Steve Heads
  

Now ... Let's get started ... 

Step One - Find an empty open plot of land.

Step Three - Dig a hole, one block down, at the entrance of the "U".



Step Four - Place a sticky piston, in the hole. (Pig is photobombing.)



Step Five - Place a wooden block on the sticky piston.



Step Six - Place a pressure plate in the middle of the hole.

Step Seven - Place blocks in the position shown below. ( Like an "A" )

Step Eight - Place a block (wooden recommended) at the side of the structure, then place a redstone torch on top of it. THen alternate the block and the redstone torch until it is 7 blocks (4 wooden blocks) high. (That's how you run a redstone current in a vertical position!)

It should look this this.

Step Nine -  Place redstone torches at the inner side of the top two blocks, as shown below.

Step Ten - Place slabs across the top.

Step Eleven - Place a sticky piston on the middle slab facing downward towards you.



Step Twelve - Place another sticky piston on the first sticky piston, also facing downward.

Step Thirteen - Place the last sticky piston on the second one, also facing downward. It should look like this.

Step Fourteen - Place redstone, leading from both sides of the machine in front of the redstone torches, to meet in the middle, not using more than 13 pieces of redstone.

Step Fifteen - Place one more redstone in front of the middle part of the previous redstone, and then place a lever in front.

Step Sixteen - Flick the switch of the lever. (Trust me, it'll help with the next step.)




Step Seventeen - Add a suffocation-abled non-falling block to the third sticky piston. (Iron recommended)




Step Eighteen - Add a staircase in the back.

Step Nineteen - Open the block in the middle, so you can see your victim's last breath..



Step 20 - Flick the lever again, and enjoy ...

Optional ~ You can place a hopper in front of the guillotine and place heads in there!
