So, yesterday I figured out how to install a shader mod together with optifine for the 1.8 version of Minecraft.
Because my computer is so bad it took me some hours to start and restart Minecraft with the different versions untill I found one which worked for me.
And in this tutorial I'll try to let you know what I found out.
I'm not shure if this will work for everyone, I can't test it, so please don't forget about this.
I'm playing Minecraft on Windows 7, I'm not shure if this information is necessary but I'm shure it won't hurt to know that.

So here are the links you'll need:

Optifine  and GLSL Shaders Mod.

First off all you need to run Minecraft once in the 1.8 version. Then you can close Minecraft again and click the Opifine link.
Now you have to choose between the different versions of Optifine you want to download and for me only the
OptiFine 1.8.0 HD U B6 worked together with the shaders mod, so download the Optifine 1.8.0 HD U B6 version.

Now you need to download the shaders mod. It's a bit hidden on the page, so you have to klick the small "1" to download the shaders mod.
So klick the "1" and download the shaders mod.

Then it'll go on fast, you have to dubble click the Optifine 1.8.0 HD U B6 jar you just downloaded and a new optifile profile will be created.
Then you have to dubble click the ShadersMod-v2.4.11mc1.8 jar you've downloaded and the only thing you have to do is to choose the OptiFine 1.8.0 HD U B6 version you've just installed and that's it.

Now you can start your minecraft luncher and if everything is right you'll find a new profile called "1.8-ShadersMod" and on the right side there'll stand "Ready to play Minecraft 1.8-Optifine_HD_U_B6-ShadersMod2.4.11."

The only thing you'll have to do now is to press the play button and we're done.

and in you're download folder you'll find this:


Now to the GLSL shaders mod, click GLSL Shaders Mod.
and now click on the small "1"

and in you're download folder you'll have both



Now everything is download. The next thing is to double click the Optifine jar at first


and you'll get a new profile.
Now you have to double click the shaders mod jar



Then they'll ask you if you have closed Minecraft, what you did and you say yes.


Now the important part which I didn't know, you're asked to choose a Minecraft version and you'll choose the one we've installed right now.


And that's it.

When you now start Minecraft you're launcher should look like this:


The new profile name on the left "1.8-ShadersMod" and on the right the
"Ready to play Minecraft 1.8-Optifine_HD_U_B6-ShadersMod2.4.11."

So this is it, I hope everything worked well for you and you can make incredible good screenshots now, even of a dirt hut :-)

If anything here didn't work for you then I'm sorry, I'm not a person who knows much about pcs or programs I only try things and sometimes they work. :-)
I'm also sorry for the bad graphics the arrows but I'm not a graphic guy I only hope that you'll understand what I mean.
