How to install mods!!

Requirements

• A New Minecraft 1.6.4 Version(it will be nice if you have a fresh copy)
  
• Minecraft Forge(optional, if you using mods based on Forge)
  
• Risugami's ModLoader(optional, if you are installing modloader mods)
  
• WinRAR(allows you to open and edit JAR/ZIP/RAR files extensions)
  
• A Backup (always backup your .minecraft folder)
  

1. Go to run and search appdata
   
2. Go to .minecraft (appdata/roaming/.minecraft)
   
3. Go to versions
   
4. Make a copy of 1.6.4
   
5. Rename the version to ''modded 1.6.4''
   
6. Rename both files inside the version to ''modded 1.6.4''
   
7. Open the JSON file and change the ID to ''modded 1.6.4''
   
8. You are set up
   

1. Open the Jar with winRAR
   
2. Delete the ''Meta Inf'' folder
   
3. Drag all modloader folders and files to the Jar
   
4. Copy all mod files over
   
5. Close winRAR
   
6. Open the minecraft launcher
   
7. Go to edit frofile
   
8. Change version to ''modded 1.6.4'' and click OK
   
9. Launch the game and Enjoy!
   

1. Download the latest Minecraft Forge installer
   
2. Run the installer
   
3. Select client and make sure the directory is correct
   
4. Click OK
   
5. Run the minecraft launcher when complete
   
6. Select from the drop down box on the top right Forge
   
7. Enter your Username and Password and log in
   
8. It will download allnecessaryfiles for you
   
9. Go to the version you made
   
10. Open the jar
    
11. Copy mod files over to the Jar
    
12. Close winRAR
    
13. Open launcher and Enjoy!
