To get your uploads viewed on Planet Minecraft you need to do three things.
Post your blogs between three hours of 11.00 A.M New York Central time best on a Saturday, next best on a weekday and worst on a Sunday. This is when most Minecrafters are active and so your post will be in recently updated and will therefore get more views/downloads.
Give your post an exciting title and and picture. Make sure it's eye catching otherwise Minecrafters will just think it's another regular post(Make sure it's relevant though because if it's not you're just going to be spammed in comments).
Get you're name out there on PMC(Just don't be infamous). There are plenty of tutorials on how to do this. For example Hypixel got their name out so now they're the fourth highest level person on Planet Minecraft!
