Very cool!, but whenever I startup mineways it says:

Warning:
At least one of your worlds has not been converted to the anvil
format. These worlds will be shown as disabled in the Open World menu.
To convert a world, run Minecraft 1.2 or later and play it, then quit.
To use Mineways on an old-style McRegion world, download Version 1.15
from the mineways.com site.

And I have everything that both you and the mineways creator says I need, What do I do?

What if Blender just doesn't open the .obj? I click the file and hit "import" but it kind of freezes after that. Perhaps the model is too big?

Whenever I import the obj file into Blender, everything appears gray, none of the blocks have any color. And yes, I made sure the "color and texture patterns" option was selected when exporting. I have no idea why this is, and don't know how to fix it.

Did you select a terrain.png file? I think that's your problem :)

How did you make the shadows not black and the water have a reflection?
