Imagine yourself getting bored of the same old Minecraft survival server you ALWAYS play on, and you decided to play a nice Creative/Freebuild server to build something amazing. You click the "servers" button and are greeted by the brand new survival servers flooding the whole screen. You flick your finger up on the mouses scroll button and type in -Freebuild- into the search bar hoping to find some awesome servers. Only to be greeted these (Not actual servers): "NyanCraft|Freebuild|Survival|Hardcore PvP!" assuming they just have more than 1 world you happily join the server to find out it is a raid server without a single aspect of Creative modes. Annoyed you exit the server and head back ti PMC and start the search all over again.
Has this ever happened to you? I know it isn't a large Creative community and everyone usually enjoys the original MC survival, but calling your server "GreifCraft" and tag it has a Freebuild is SUPER annoying. Here is my definition of a MC "Freebuild":
Freebuild server - A server or World on in Minecraft in which blocks are free to own and the player has rights to block protection/other protected areas ie. Plots (Correct me if you have another opinion)
If any other fellow Freebuilders are annoyed by this there is something you can do! Similar to skins where you can report copyrights, you can report a server for having a "Mistake." Which is false-advertising a server.
Another experience I've had is when I joined one of these servers I was greeted by a grumpy mod. He said that it was a freebuild because you were free to do anything without rules. Is this Right or wrong to you?
Now to see what any decent person thinks I'll attempt a vote >;3
If you think a freebuild is my definition (The PINK one) Leave a "1" in teh comments
Leave a "2" if you believe the you can tag a server Creative or a Freebuild if it is a PvP or another type of server that isn't related to the other definition

Also one time I went to a so-called "free-build" server, I was being hunted by PvPers. Then I made TNT and blew up their base.
