*Update* Ladies and Gentlemen, the griefer has replied! Now it's time to have some fun >:D
So, griefers are pretty irritating huh?
Well, I've owned my server for just over two months. It's a private server for my clan and although I'm learning fast: I still have lots to learn about being an owner. One of the issues we've been having on my server was permissions. Players couldn't destroy blocks and because of that the members of my clan were getting pretty wound up. After finally fixing it, it hadn't occurred to me that this meant players who joined the server could destroy blocks at spawn.
I would come to regret this mistake.
So I come on my Skype after a long day of school to find my clan members things like shouting:
'GUYS SOMEONE GREIFED OUR SERVER! GET ON NOW!!!'
So I came on my server to find that my members had fixed the griefing - it wasn't too bad.
But the griefing was not the problem.
If any of you have ever played with me on servers before, you would know that even when the slightest thing bad happens [i.e, someone insults my clan] I go too far...
These people had not just griefed my server.
They had griefed my mind.
So firstly, after banning these guys and sorting out the 'break blocks in spawn' problem, I found the guy, and then afterwards his profile on PMC. I sent him some mean rant, then I changed it so it said something along the lines of:
"We banned you, we undid your griefing with coreprotect... blah blah blah... Damn you and Merry Christmas!"
and that wasn't exactly getting my revenge on the guy. So then I used worldedit to get the player skulls of these guys, and made a memorial to them so if they came on with a different account they could see it.
So then, knowing the griefers account I decided to get rid of my message, and instead send them the link to the picture.

Griefer: I spent only 10 minutes on there, and I knew it'd just get rolled back. So how'd you know it was me?
Me: Well, Santa joined the server and said 'Hello H_MAN! Along with that Helicopter I'm getting you for Christmas I decided to give you an early Christmas present: by telling you which morons griefed your server!'
And then Santa told me you griefed the server and that he disliked the skin you submitted! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Burn!
Griefer: Lol you think I believe in that fat *insert racist word here*? And you think I really care? I could've asked a DDoSer to delete your server, but I'm lazy and not that mean. If he exists, Santa would've told you who told me about the server. And yes, I'm terrible at pixel art, therefore meaning my skin really does suck, and I'm admiting this.
Me: Idk why you'd ask a DDoSer to delete the server... I mean, what would be the point? You come on a random server and mess it up, then DDoS it because you felt like. it? Maybe Santa will give you presents if you don't go around random servers destroying stuff... :)
I await his reply yet again :)
The sad thing about it is, he clearly shows that he isn't sorry for griefing the server - and it seems he only feels sorry for himself when he was caught. Ah well, I bet he regrets griefing after all the people who saw the 'infamous wall of morons'.

I knew as soon as I took a screenshot and sent it to their leader that this story was destined to be a blog.
Really want that guy to reply so I can update you guys.
And to those who think I should've been more evil, I'd like to note that I'm already pretty evil. This is me on a good day >:)
More evil!
