They are the leaders of the 9 illager tribes, which the arch-illager unified. All of them are the highest-ranking evokers of their tribes. The one talking on the last picture on the first page for example is the leader of the tribe, which resides on the island where the "Howling Peaks" DLC takes place. Regarding the question about their names: Their names are currently not known.

Wow,
wow, the transmitter seems to use pixel fonts. Personally, I don't like reading typefaces like this. If possible, it should be beauty and the beast font. Thanks
