Herobrine does not exist as a person, a bug, or a glitch that has it's own mind. Herobrine, though, exists as a creepypasta taken as far to becoming a mod and a entity that used to exist in a past Minecraft verison. If you play the demo verison you might get unlucky to seeing Herobrine himself. Me and my BFF were playing and began building in the plains. The chat said,' Herobrine has joined. ' and what happened afterwards was lightning. This was happening on the right-side of the screen so we easily saw him spawn where the lightning hit. He had a leather helmet and a gold sword. Clearly he doesn't exist anymore than being just a joke by the Mojang team.

In my pe world tall grass was breaking and I thought it might of been me then I got stuck in a well and heard herobrine scream!!! I deleted the world after that

Herobrine isn't real,and he never was,Mojang says 'removed Herobrine' every update but it's a joke.As a proof,Notch never had a brother,also many employees of Mojang said that it never existed:"He has never existed...Quote me if you want..."-JahKob ; "To be honest,there has never existed a Herobrine." -Kappische;It's just a creepypasta made by the community.

Well i DO beelive that Herobrine existed in a PAST version of Minecraft STORY: When i was playing around with the Old versions of Minecraft i saw a tunnel with redstone torches that went down into a lava pit that sayed TURN AROUND
And so i did (btw i was in survival mode) and almost IMEDIATLY after i saw Herobrine and he punched me into that lava pit and Imediatly disapered and i RAGED SO HARD because i had JUST found 5 diamonds and 4 gold... so i exited the world and told my buddy the whole story But he sayed that something like that happened to him too he sayed that he ALSO had found a few diamonds he was in a Deep Dark Scary Cave he didnt have any torches because he didnt pack enough but he found 1 diamond and when he broke it And he saw herobrine he RAN and didnt even collect the diamond but herobrine was chasing him and killed him with a diamond sword and he was SOO far away from his house that he REGE QUITED and deleted the world... so i belive that herobrine DID exist (btw my buddy was playing in a Far back version of mine craft too) but in a past version of minecraft

Well I think he does exist.But here is what u need to know: Notch said that he never existed,but more and more players are saying that he does.It can be a mod on pc but if player have seen him in xbox and pe minecraft then he is not mod..he is real..i dont think that xbox and pe can have mods so that must be real herobrine...I saw on EVERY new update : Removed Herobrine..What does this mean? That means that he exist..And I saw a video that was herobrine in and his structures(such as 2x2 tunnels filled with redstone torches and sing in : I am watching you -Herobrine , perfect small sand pyramids, trees with leaves cutted of..) I think it was 1.2.5 version or smaller...there wasn't mods as today we have Herobrine mod..So he can exist today...but I will not be too happy if i see him (i will be even less happy if i am in survival,but i will delete world in 1 sec!) .. u don't have to worry if you're in creative...or u need if he puts u in survival..but that would only piss me off...next scenes: 1. delete world or 2.rage quit
So i never ever ever seen him and i don't want(i would want only so i can have proff of it..)..as trolllollollol said u can see these signs:Two signs we at the door. One saying "Good to see you..." the other said "Turn around..." So I did and there he was... My minecraft then ran out of memory..What is funny in his seeing of herobrine is this: I immediatly shut the window, turned off my computer and ran to bed screaming... What i would do if i see herobrine i will even not play minecraft for months(even for years!)

You guys can believe or not but it was when I first joined minecraft during the 1.7.3 patch. I was logging on for the very first time excited out of my mind to play this game everyone talks about. But then once I got into my first singleplayer world weird stuff started to happen. Right off the bat a man with white eyes showed up and placed a sign and disappeared, I did not know it was herobrine at the time. The fact that it was 1 in the morning when the really freaky crap started to happen didn't help. I had a decent sized house. One night I went mining and found a redstone torch. then I found a trail of them. I followed them until I got to a small cave. It looked like a beaten up underground house, I looked around and found a sign. It said "Go back the way you came...". Freaked out I go back since I had found nothing anyway. I went back to my house. But when I got there it was set ablaze with wood pyramids set around it. Two signs we at the door. One saying "Good to see you..." the other said "Turn around..." So I did and there he was... My minecraft then ran out of memory. I immediatly shut the window, turned off my computer and ran to bed screaming. I then learned that earlier that same day my friend had a experience just like this. This discouraged me from playing minecraft for months... Believe me or not but it happened.

Once, when I was in creative mode, I was in a desert. I was in a superflat desert. It was night, and I saw a flashing light. I deleted the world. I think that herobrine was the flashing light.
