You may think that new PMC users, like lv. 1 or lv. 2's are bad. You are wrong. Have you seen what some lv. 1's has? I have seen new PMC users at their first day on PMC posting stuff as good as Hypixel.
Level 1 users can be better than a level 60 even. Even if they are bad, help them. I usally favorite and diamond bad projects made my level 1 users, becuse it helps them to build better. Rather than them thinking "I suck in building", they should think "I should continue, I can do something". I have actually once seen something way better than Hypixel's "Herobrine's Return", that did not have a single view. Unfair, right?
What you can do is to not ignore the lower levels, but viewing and downloading their project or texture pack. I actually think Cyprezz should remove the level rating. If you think level 1's is bad, just becuse you are level 15 or higher, read this: You have also been a lv. 1. Everyone has. Everyone starts at the buttom.
What I think now is that new users don't get enough attention. It is allready too many people at the great hights, and they take all attention. (No offense).
What do you think? Is really level 1's bad? Or is it just a beginning? You have ALL been level 1 at some time. Remember that.

The ''elites'' have done a lot of work to get their level.
Ofcourse it is bad that they mostly become arrogant to those with a lower level.
It is to be seen like everywhere.
Are you new to a server? People think you are a noob who cannot do anything... only because they play there longer then I do.
Untill they find out that we are quite experienced after 5 years of mc (in the case of me leading the Silence group)
Once you get started, their opinion will change slowly.
On pmc it works the same.
You start as a lvl 1 person. Yet you can have a lot of experience with mc.
Its like.. you join a new server while you are already well known with the game itself.
Figure out how the server works and lvl up.
Here on pmc.
Find out how to post your blogs/projects.
At first not many people will see it because of the Elitism.
But your lucky that the first levels you need to cross need only a little xp.
If you dont give up with your projects, more people will see them.
And once you reach a high level, the older projects will be seen too.
Then the only thing all of us can hope is that the player who was once a lvl 1 player will not become arrogant on his own.
in short:
you start low
but if you work for it without giving up
you end high
that is how i see it atleast;)
And elitism is still a point on pmc though.
You just reached the level where people start to see your projects.
Just keep an eye on it, you will see^^
