Do you people remember when we had to type the ip addresses of servers every time we wanted to join one, even if we had joined before? Well, I do. I wish this feature had come sooner.

The first server I ever joined was perfect. It was on 24/7, was freebuild, and had no whitelist. From memory, I don't think it asked for donations, either. The layout was simple, the spawn was pretty nice, the spawn room had a rainbow floor (where I saw my first world hole), I think it was in a kind of dock area. I made a dug-out home in the pixel art area. That server was the first place I learned to spawn items using their IDs with the /giveme command. I became acquainted with one of the server admins, too, and he built a giant hotel with wooden walls. Me and some others got to have these pretty big rooms with glowstone floors and ceilings. The rooms must have been at least 50 by 30 blocks in floor area. They were tall, too.

Anyway, one day, I lost my way to the hotel, as I'd only gotten there by being Tpd. There was a rule on no 1x1 towers, but I thought I would make one out of dirt just to stand on and look for the hotel, then destroy the blocks to get back down. When I got to the top, before I could find the hotel, I was disconnected from the server. I thought I had better get back on quickly, before I got in trouble for the tower. Sadly, I could not log back on. I tried the next day, and I think, for the rest of the week, but I could not get back on. I'm pretty sure I was not banned.

Eventually, I stopped trying, and then I forgot the ip address. A couple of months later, I looked for the server again on PMC, but I could not find it. Now, about eight months later, I still have not succeeded, even outside of PMC.

If anyone knows the server I'm talking about, I think it was Smoke's 24/7 Freebuild Server or something, and I remember one of the admins had a name a bit like ATEIROWR, and another regular player was called Bagelbites.

Also, is there a way to find history on what servers you've joined through minecraft? I don't think there would be, but just in case.
