I decided to interview each "kind" of moderator:

Site moderator
Forum moderator
Chat moderator
Super-moderator

I am starting with OliverFrenchie, a Site moderator.
I PM'd him a seiries of questions, that I am going to put below.

Me: How did you become a super moderator?

OliverFrenchie: Last time I checked, I wasn't a super moderator. If you mean Site Moderator, I was invited to become one in October 2012 due to my maturity I guess. I was never really told why I was invited to become one.

Me: What do you believe is the reason people sign up to PMC?



O.F: I think people enjoy having a community and a place to share their thoughts/creations/ideas whilst being able to receive feedback and criticism.



Me: What is your relationship with Cyprezz?



O.F: I've spoken to him several times and am on good terms with him. So I guess I'd describe him as a friend and an innovator.

Me:How do you pass your time when youo re not on PMC?



O.F: Having a social life :P Playing games, going out and doing sport, chatting to mates, any of those.

Me: What is the reason that makes you subscribe to people?

O.F: I primarily subscribe to people who regularly upload high-quality content on a constant basis. Occasionally I subscribe to good friends that I've known for a long time.

Me: If you wereno t a Site moderator, how would you feel?

O.F: I would feel normal, I'd come on PMC everyday and post content here and there whenever I feel like it. No different really, being a moderator just means I have extra things to do on the site ie: taking care of people and looking after reports.
